"Can Eco Advantage Pest Control really be "as good as it gets"? Yes! Dimitri from Eco Advantage is that good. I hired Eco Advantage because of the excellent Yelp! reviews. I have not been disappointed. Dimitri is super professional, knows the business of pest control and does it with a great attitude. Most impressive to me is that Dimitri is at the ready and speedy to respond when I have a specific pest issue. We had a roach issue. Dimitri came, analyzed and diagnosed the situation and quickly solved our problem."

Can't believe I haven't written my review yet. I was having an emergency situation at home where I was literally killing 5-7 spiders per DAY! These were not small spiders, but those huge, hairy, scary looking ones. The situation was out of control at my house. I literally called Eco Advantage at 10pm desperate and expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly, Dimitri answered the phone. I was pretty shocked that someone was available at this time. He was really great over the phone and understood my situation. I had recently moved from LA and we just don't have the same insect situation over there, so obviously I was freaking out. It turned out to be spider season and having my backyard by a canyon with Oak trees created a great breeding ground for these spiders. Dimitri was even so awesome that he suggested me to send pictures of the spiders, so that he could let me know if they were poisonous or not. So there was me at 10pm blowing up his phone with all these spider pictures I had taken over the week. He was able to come in the next day and control the situation. He even offered me a guarantee. I saw a huge change after the treatment and was no longer killing 5 spiders a day. I never met him and only left a check for him at the place. I can tell based off our long conversation and his work ethic that he is excellent in this field and I will be calling him when spider season comes by again (please God don't let it come by).

"We have a dog who has seizures and we have owls on the property that we want to allow to continue to roost on our property to help with rodent control. Dimitri was 100% on board with that and made sure everything used was safe for pets and the owls! Best part is I don't have spiders in my house anymore!"

He was the third exterminator I called, and the only one who really made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. He charged me a reasonable fee up front, and delivered on his promise to keep coming back until the problem was resolved. He is always respectful of my home and my time. I've been satisfied enough to recommend him to family and friends, which I'm always careful to do.

I used Eco Advantage to rid my grandson's house of rats -- a house that had been vacated for several years. The house is old and had many entrance areas that needed to be sealed. The rat's had created a home for themselves. Since my son has animals he did not want poison used. Eco came out to set traps, came back several times to check and reset traps and then sealed the many, many entries to the house. The rats are gone and my grandson is very happy. And, the cost was reasonable.

Fantastic service and family friendly. Eco Advantage resolved our ant problems and found and rid us of black widows. Service was provided around the schedules of active children and had no effect on family pets. He was able to explain the process and his eco friendly and alternative method in a simple manner. Eco Advantage is highly recommended.

If you are in need of rodent or general pest control, LOOK NO FURTHER!. We live in Los Osos and were having rat and ant problems. I looked on Yelp for a service provider, and reviewed several companies. I selected Eco Advantage base upon the raving reviews that had been posted. Dimitri came out and set traps for the rats and sprayed for spiders and ants. It has been six months since, and with general pest control services every other month I've not heard any rats within walls or seen one ant inside the house. The customer services and attention to detail provide by Dimitri is fantastic.

We had Eco Advantage treat our home for ants about a week ago. I couldn't be more happy with the service! Dimitry was very professional and answered all my husband's questions....and my husband had a lot! lol.
We were told we had quite and infestation of ants and after we tried to take care of them ourselves to no success, we knew we had to get a pest control company to get rid of the ants. Dimitry told us it may take a few days before we noticed all the ants were gone, but actually we noticed no ants by the next day! I was so relieved!
